Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time for wrap designs is 2-3 weeks, ensuring the highest attention to detail and quality. For clients needing expedited services, we offer fast-tracked projects during non-peak seasons.

What You Receive

Every project includes:

• Final wrap-ready files in full vector format.

• High-resolution PNG renders of each view, ideal for social media and promotional use.

• A comprehensive PDF document, including the finalized renders and legal details.

All files are delivered in standardized formats, with special requests accommodated as needed.

Templates for vehicles are not included in the final package as they are purchased in advance from our trusted partner, Pixelsaurus Creative. Clients needing custom templates may request them, with costs invoiced separately. For template inquiries, visit pxlsrs.com.

Custom Quotes

Every project is unique, and so is our pricing. Costs are based on:

• Design complexity

• Number of revisions

• Other standard factors

While we maintain a base pricing structure, all quotes are custom to reflect your specific needs.

Revisions

We include three revisions as part of our standard process. However, we pride ourselves on collaboration, offering open and constructive communication throughout the design process. While we strive to keep clients happy, additional revisions may reflect in the final invoiced price.

Legal Protections

To protect our work and maintain professional integrity:

• Final designs are licensed exclusively for the agreed-upon purposes, such as application to specific vehicles.

• Designs may not be reproduced, distributed, or altered without written consent.

• Vehicle designs and decals are created in 1:10 scale and must be properly scaled during installation to ensure accuracy.

Kintsugi.fm Motorsport Design retains ownership of templates and intellectual property. Custom templates created for a project are provided upon request and invoiced accordingly.

Industry Expertise

We offer designs tailored to specific racing series, including the latest category decals as per contingency documents. For those active in sim racing, we also create iRacing-compatible versions of your design. These are shared on Trading Paints, where we have a large following, ensuring exposure for your brand in the virtual racing world.
